1. About Us

Henrik’s Recovery (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides vehicle breakdown recovery and roadside assistance services across the UK.

2. Services

We provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Vehicle breakdown recovery

  • Roadside assistance

  • Vehicle transportation

  • Accident recovery

  • Jump starts, tyre assistance, and minor roadside repairs

All services are subject to availability and road, traffic, and weather conditions.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices are quoted based on information provided by the customer

  • Additional charges may apply if the vehicle condition, location, or circumstances differ from the description given

  • All prices are in GBP (£)

4. Call-Out Fees

  • Call-out fees are non-refundable once a recovery vehicle has been dispatched

  • The fee covers administration, travel, and allocation of resources

5. Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Full refund

  • After dispatch: No refund

  • If the customer is not present or provides incorrect location details, no refund will be issued

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and location details

  • Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Declare any vehicle issues such as missing wheels, seized brakes, lowered suspension, or accident damage

Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • The situation poses a safety risk

  • The vehicle condition was misrepresented

  • The customer behaves abusively or aggressively

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Severe weather

  • Police or highway authority restrictions

  • Accidents or breakdowns involving our vehicles

9. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Vehicles are recovered and transported at the owner’s risk

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

  • Any claims must be reported at the time of delivery, before the vehicle is left unattended

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Personal Belongings

Henrik’s Recovery is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

11. Storage Fees

If vehicle storage is arranged:

  • Storage fees will apply and must be paid in full before release

  • Vehicles not collected may be disposed of in line with legal requirements

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

13. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted within 7 days of service by email or phone. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
